FARM KIDS | MINI FARMERS TERM 1 WORKSHOPS

  • The Farm Byron Bay 11 Ewingsdale Road Ewingsdale, NSW, 2481 Australia (map)

Fridays, 9am - 3pm | Ages 5 to 12 Years

This Term our focus remains on farming practices across a broad scope of topics from sustainability to planting with the seasons to recycling. Our program will run over 8 weeks.

Children and teachers will learn together through rich discussion and the sharing of knowledge. Children will get plenty of hands on experience as we explore The Farm, tend to the animals and upkeep our own small garden plot. Each week children will do craft projects, that may sometimes span across several weeks. Upon completion, there will be some treasured items to take home.

As always, the program also includes time to play outdoors, build friendships and learn in nature. There are breaks throughout the day for food, water and relaxation. We look forward to another successful and FUN term at Farm Kids.
