Baylato uses The Farm's produce in their delicious products whenever possible and always supports local suppliers. All of Baylato’s packaging is compostable and environmentally friendly.

Where is Baylato on the Farm?

Paola and her friendly staff are located in The Dairy Bails, right next to the kids’ playground.

Private catering

Baylato also offers private catering for events and weddings from Byron Bay to Brisbane in their beautiful ice cream van, ‘Isabella’.
